Conditions to Enter the Competition

Article 1: Contest organizer, purpose of the contest, entry methods

The "Comment and Win" contest is organized by Prestilux ("Jack Black ") located at 3537 Boulevard le Corbusier, Laval, QC, H7L 4Z4.

This contest invites the brand's customers to share their opinion(s) on their favorite product(s) on the website as well as their email address for a chance to win 3 prizes of a maximum value of $100 (1 prize per winner) valid on the entire online store https://getjackblack.ca/.

Article 2: Contest duration

The contest will take place exclusively on https://getjackblack.ca/ website, from August 22, 2022 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") to September 5, 23:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") inclusively (the "Contest Period").

The Contest is available 24 hours a day during the Contest Period via the banner on the https://getjackblack.ca/ website.

Article 3: Conditions of entry to the contest

This contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees of Prestilux ("Jack Black "), its representatives, agents, jury members and persons with whom they are domiciled are not authorized to participate.

Article 4: Terms of entry

To participate, proceed as follows during the contest period:

Go to the Site https://getjackblack.ca/
Select a product that you have already used and comment on it by filling out the submission form provided for this purpose
Accept the terms and conditions related to the sharing of reviews on the site as well as the contest rules which will be available on the Site during the Contest Period

The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible reviews left by participants on the https://getjackblack.ca/ website. Each eligible review qualifies for one entry into the contest draw. There is no limit to the number of entries.

Article 5: The prize awarded

3 lots of Jack Black products of your choice up to a maximum of $100 per lot are to be won.

The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or exchanged for money, unless otherwise specified by Prestilux ("Jack Black "). Prestilux ("Jack Black ") reserves the right, in its entire discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. If a prize (or portion thereof) is not used, no compensation will be provided to the winner. In all cases, Prestilux ("Jack Black ") shall not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.

Article 6: Designation of the winners

Three (3) entries will be selected randomly from all eligible entries during the Contest Period. The random draw will take place at Prestilux - 3537 Boulevard le Corbusier, Laval, QC, H7L 4Z4, on September 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EST.

To be declared as a winner, the individual must satisfy the following conditions:

Be in good standing with Prestilux ("Jack Black "); in particular, it will be required that the balance of their account is not in arrears of any amount due and payable
Respond within 10 days, i.e. until September 19 2022, to answer and obtain the prize

Article 7: Winner’s notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address left in the entry form no later than September 9, 2022.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached within the time limit (see Article 6), does not comply with all the conditions included in these rules, refuses the prize, or is declared ineligible for the prize in any way, then he/she will be disqualified and will no longer be entitled to the prize. In such a case, Prestilux ("Jack Black ") may, at its entire discretion, randomly select another entrant from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Article 8: Contest Terms and Conditions Agreement

By entering the contest, participants fully and unreservedly accept the present conditions of entry.

All documents enabling participation in the contest are subject to verification by Prestilux ("Jack Black "). Any document that is incomplete, illegible, mutilated, fraudulent, transmitted late, containing an invalid e-mail address or telephone number or otherwise not in compliance, may be rejected by Prestilux ("Jack Black ") and will not entitle the entrant to an entry or a prize, as the case may be.

Prestilux ("Jack Black ") reserves the right to disqualify a person or to cancel one or more entries from a person who participates or attempts to participate in this contest using a method that is contrary to these rules or that is unfair to the other participants. This person could be turned over to the competent authorities concerned.

Article 9: Personal data

All personal data submitted by the participants during the competition will be processed in accordance with the data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Article 10: Responsibility limits

Prestilux ("Jack Black ") may in no case be held responsible for: connection, network or computer issues that could limit, slow down or disrupt connections, phones, phone lines, phone systems, traffic on websites or the Internet; technical and mechanical malfunctions; hard disk or software malfunctions of any kind; other malfunctions; errors caused by equipment, programming, human error or any other reason; damage to the participant's or any other person's computers as a result of participation in the contest.

By participating in this contest, each selected entrant releases and indemnifies Prestilux ("Jack Black "), as well as any company, corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, representatives, and agents (the "Recipients") from any and all liability for damages that they may incur as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the contest.

Article 11 : English version vs French version

In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and the English version of these contest rules, the French version shall prevail.
