My hair is thicker and fuller, I will definitely buy this product again, I love jack black products, keep up the great work..

Address problem

I could not receive the product.
I had a problem with the address, I sent an email 5 minutes after purchase explaining the problem I had because I could not cancel or edit the purchase on the site.
But the answer was that they could do nothing.

Never received item and has been ghosted by support

Shipment never arrived. Support on insta and email never replied after multiple days.
Products may be good but support is non existent.

Smells nice but doesn’t lather up nice.
