Can I cancel or change my order ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders or change them once they have been placed on the website. However, you can refuse the package at the door. If the package remains intact, ICS Courier should not charge the return of the package to the shipper.
How do I return?
- Email us using this form with your full name and order number
- Wait for our approval before sending back your products
- Follow the instructions provided by email to return your products
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Product with SPF (ex : Double-Duty, Lip Balm, etc.)
- Final sale/Clearance merchandise
- Used, opened or damaged items
- Discontinued products
- Products that are not in their original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable (including free shipping cost)*
- You are responsible for return shipping charges*
*Exceptions: for wrong product received or damaged product, all shipping costs will be covered.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 12 business days.
Return instructions
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email. Please use the box the items arrived in
- Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package
- Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates
