I have always had a good experience with Jack Black until this purchase. The Daily Facial Cleaner in my package had split open and leaked all over the parcel and the other items. I emailed Jack Black and sent photos after the delivery, to let them know what happened, and no one responded to me. I find it very disappointing that I wouldn't even get a response back after two weeks. There should be information in your deliveries on how to deal with these situations and customer service contact info. I was really looking forward to using the Facial Cleanser the most and am disappointed that I can't use it because of the leak during delivery.

My husband won’t use anything else. Little fragrance, absorbs easily and a great sunblock. Keeps him moisturized and looking youthful ❤️
