How does it work?
It’s simple. Select the products you want to replenish and then choose a schedule that best suits your needs. We'll take it from there. You can always make changes to your selected products and frequency through your Jack Black account. We will send you an email reminder before every shipment and you can easily cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
How do I sign up for Jack Black Auto Replenishment?
Joining Jack Black Auto Replenishment is simple. When adding a product to your cart from the product page, select the Auto Replenishment option and select your desired frequency. You can also set up a product for Auto Replenishment from the cart – again, just select your desired frequency and then check out as usual.
What will happen after I join Jack Black Auto Replenishment?
After you join, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Your Auto Replenishment orders will be placed automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will be billed on the day an order is shipped. Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto Replenishment account, such as confirmation when an order is placed successfully or informing you of any necessary changes to your shipment.
How do I make changes to my Auto Replenishment orders?
Once you’ve subscribed, your Auto Replenishment account is easy to manage. Visit the ‘Auto Replenishment’ section located in ‘My Account’ to change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I change an order date?
If you need your order to arrive sooner or later than scheduled, simply visit the ‘Auto Replenishment’ section located in ‘My Account.’ You will see your next scheduled order on the ‘My Next Order’ tab. Click the ‘Change Date’ button and select the new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order. If you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.
How do I skip a delivery?
To skip an order, please visit the ‘My Next Order’ tab under 'Auto Replenishment’ and click the ‘Skip Order’ button to skip the entire order. You can also go to the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab under ‘Auto Replenishment’ and change the next order date for any individual item.
How do I change shipment frequency?
If you need to modify the delivery frequency for an Auto Replenishment item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions' tab. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop-down menu beside the subscription item you would like to modify and select your desired frequency.
How do I cancel a subscription?
It's easy to cancel and there is never an obligation to continue. Changes to orders can be made anytime up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order shipment date. To cancel an Auto Replenishment item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section and click the ‘Stop Subscription’ button under the item quantity. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected ‘Deactivate,’ your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this. You may reactivate your subscription at any time from this same page. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I make changes to my Auto Replenishment account information?
To review or modify your Auto Replenishment account information, visit ‘Auto Replenishment’ located within 'My Account.' You can view and change your shipping address or payment information for an individual order or change your address information for an individual item. You can also change the delivery frequency. To Change Shipping Information: Go to ‘My Next Order’ and select ‘Edit’ in the ‘My Shipping Address’ section. To Change Payment Information: Go to ‘My Next Order’ and select ‘Edit’ in the ‘My Payment Info’ section. Please remember to press ‘OK’ and verify that your updated information saved successfully. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed
What is the difference between the 'My Next Order' and 'My Subscriptions’ tabs?
The ‘My Next Order’ tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Auto Replenishment if the items have the same delivery date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. The ‘My Subscriptions’ tab displays individual subscription items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity and shipping address.
When will I be charged for orders?
Orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the day the order is shipped. You may cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
When do items ship for delivery?
Orders will be shipped to you within 24 hours of your next scheduled order date. All Jack Black Auto Replenishment orders are shipped with free standard shipping. You can view and modify the next order date for an individual item on the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab under Auto Replenishment.
